Managing Broker

With an extensive background in construction, contracts administration, and customer service, I can help you make the transition from your present home to one that will more closely fit your current needs and lifestyle. I’m a Licensed Managing Broker, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative – ABR® , Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® / SRES®.

As your home buyer’s agent, you’ll find my knowledge of the local Seattle area neighborhoods, and current market conditions can help you quickly find the home that most closely suits your needs. Owen Krueger

Broker

Prior to Real Estate, I had many years in the service and construction industry. During this time my focus was in the HVAC world as a service technician. My daily routine involved troubleshooting and installation of refrigeration systems, boilers, heating/cooling systems, piping, plumbing, electrical, building automation controls, equipment air flow. My last held position was as the warranty manager for a new equipment HVAC supplier. This involved interaction and coordination between field technicians, equipment manufacturers and construction companies for problem solving and conflict resolution. Licenses held were: Electrical, Gas Piping, Refrigeration, and Boiler Operator. My past work history gives me additional insight to help you with your home purchase or as you get ready for a sale.

In addition to a home’s amenities and its curb appeal there are other considerations. I will walk through your property with a focus on the functionality, condition and possible issues that could cost a substantial amount to repair or may delay the sale of the property. These items include electrical, heating and cooling system, possible water intrusion issues, foundations and roofing. My experience provides me with the ability to effectively look at any home you may be considering purchasing, or selling, and objectively give you honest advice as you move forward. If you’re selling a home, I will advise you on what to do to your home to get the best offer possible and transition to a smooth closing. If you are purchasing a home, I can look for things that may need some attention, giving you more detailed information to help you with your buying decisions.

Andrea Angel

Administrative Assistant

Andrea is an essential part of the Krueger Real Estate team. Andrea’s professional career includes experience in customer service and insurance. She began working her real estate career in 2012 as the office coordinator and her interest in the real estate process was peaked and when the opportunity to work with the Krueger Team as their Transaction Coordinator arose, she gladly accepted. Andrea works hard to make sure your transaction is as stress-free as possible, ensuring all contractual deadlines are met to advance smoothly to a successful closing. Andrea is loving the experience and knowledge she is gaining working with Tracy and knowing that the highest level of service, care and respect are provided for every client.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, camping and crafting.
